Nexus Mods not working

I attempted to download a handful of mods into the game but they’re not showing up. I have downloaded the Script Hook on Nexus and Lenny’s Mod Loader since most of the mods require them. I followed directions on where to load them (first game I’ve modded where we don’t create a mod folder). I’m not new to mods. I just don’t understand what the issue is.
