Need a reliable family truck

My wife and I are having our first child this year and I need to get a new truck with four doors. I currently have a single cab Ram 1500.
As the title says I’m looking for a used reliable four door truck that has less than 100k miles that’s not gonna screw me over in 2 years. I know Tacomas are super reliable, but not too much room for baby supplies. I hear the new Silverados have been having waste gate/turbo issues. And me nor anyone in my family has ever owned a Ford, but I have nothing against them. I’m looking for something 2018 or newer around 30k price.
Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated
