*Immigrate to Dionysus!*

(*Ratgawi* (/ratʃawi/ *RAH-CHAH-WEE*, in Tgaguati /ɾæcæwi/) designated *Dionysus B,* is the only habitable planet in the Dionysus star system, and the second confirmed astronomical object known to harbor life.)

(In 1991, scientists discovered a planet (they called it Dionysus) a half light year away from the solar system. It was the first exo-planet ever discovered. Scientists were mildly intrigued. In 2001, though, they discovered *life*. Life-life, sapient life, clearly intelligent living beings. Scientists and society in large was shocked.)

*Cheap housing for any citizen* ***anywhere*** *in the Territory of Dionysus.*

(The first picture of the aliens came in 2010, satellites launched into orbit around the planet, taking pictures and recording videos of the aliens. So tantilizingly akin to humans, yet so different, these... beings. We saw their cities and land; so earthlike...)

*A land of* ***opportunity*** *and* ***unlimited potential***.

(Earth people first travelled to the planet in 2015. The aliens we had discovered called themselves Nahakits. Scientists discovered some things. The atmosphere, completely breathable. The water and food, drinkable and eatable, the land livable. It felt like a carbon-copy of Earth. The native people we befriended, introduced to technology (they hadn't yet discovered modern technology), and researched. Soon learned they were biologically immortal; they just don't age, or age ridiculously slowly... The "visor" as it got nicknamed is a biological component, somehow... violence broke out occasionally, as conflict between human and Nahakits, arose based on land disputes and other... petty things.)

*Live like a* ***king***, *a home away from home, in our new world!*

(...But there was no excuse for what happened next. Colonialism, full stop. Ignoring the *people* native to that bite-sized continent of the planet as a whole. An authoritarian conservative American government took control of the originally international settlement in Dionysus and claimed the entire planet. They stole their land, disenfranchised them... just fucking *dominated* them. Something about American history and colonization... Humans were dominant in the new *Territory of Dionysus*; anyone could just steal Nahakit land, and if the Nahakit retaliated...)

*A home away from home,* ***our*** *home and our home* ***only***.

(...We ignored our horrid history. A culture of intentional forgetting of history developed, pretending the land was rightfully always theirs, god willing. People born in the planet to settlers were raised to not even think of the "robots" that they saw on the other side of town (just a native, look away, don't pay them any mind). It seemed like Nahakits would slowly, slowly, very slowly, be integrated into human civilization, as nothing more than intruders on rightful human land.)

(Well... it seemed like that, anyways. If you were there, it'd definetly seem like that. But lady luck had other plans in mind for the winter of 2094. I found my husband, and lived through a Nahakit revolution.)

(i hope that intrigued you... uh if you made it through that, PM me. ill only want like one or two partners for this so i think we should probably talk before like getting the rp set up to see if we can click together yk. uh worldbuilders and conlangers, autistic people, and ppl who are up for like weird war rp but your rping regular people surviving and funny worlds need not go through rigorous testing to rp with me, and people who ain't up to RP this definetly-not-some-sort-of-an-allegory-for-america-and-israel setting need not apply.)

(anyways in a nutshell the setting is an alien planet, protogens live on the planet and humans (OR NOT you can play an anthro if you want but i originally wrote this for humans but i dont care in the slightest not gonna lie) are colonizing it! very nasty. our characters meet and fall in love (interspecies romance :3333) and then there's a protogen revolution against their colonizers!!! we're displaced and we have to fight to survive!!!... kinda.)

(my character's gonna be a protogen ofc! he's comparatively young compared to a lot of other protogens he knows (of course... some of the protogens are literally *hundreds of thousands of years old,* if not... even longer...), or something, and ur character's a human colonizer! kinda. either born there or newly arrived to dionysus. they moved to a small rural town to begin their new life, and meet my character one way or the other. really i'd like to make my character specifically for this rp (so ill make the name, personality, etc discussing it w/you), so this is more of an idea of what we'll do than anything.)

(tell me the year in the opener that humans arrived on dionysus and we can start talking ig :3)

[M4A/M] An interspecies romance on an in-the-process-of-being colonized alien world between a biologically immortal protogen and a (human) settler!
