Most of the antivirus websites redirect to microsoft defender website. I can’t access their websites

I have a Windows 11 laptop I did a clean setup but this issue still persists. It happens at all browsers. However I don’t experience this on my iphone. So far I’ve tried avg avast bitdefender and malwarebytes websites and I still end up on Microsoft Defender website. I don’t experience this on norton and avira websites. This is weird
