PCA Parade in Lake Placid

1.) Anyone going to be in Lake Placid for Parade in June? What will you be bringing?

2.) I live in NYS and I'm thinking about going, but can only make it for a day (Concourse day - Monday), anyone know if you have to pay the full $300 registration fee regardless? I'm guessing *yes* but I wasn't sure if there was another option I'm not aware of.
