Weird file on computer

I was going through my files and I found something that I just can’t make sense of. I’m not the most tech literate person out there so this may be a bit stupid but I’ve tried looking it up n cam up with nothing. Here’s hoping someone out there knows what I’m talking about.

To start here’s the file path:

Local Disk > users > (my username) > .djl.ai > tokenizers > 0.20.3-0.31.1-cpu-win-x86_64 > [a list of four “application extensions” that all end with .dll]

All folders and files were made on the same date and the exact same time. Roughly about a month ago.
Scanned it with windows defender and it says nothing. Opened up the files into a notepad. It’s all gibberish some parts aren’t even English just symbols. Tried going through properties n such and i can’t see who made it or what it belongs to at all. (Although I can’t seem to find that part now)

If anyone could help me figure out with this random thing is I’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time I look forward to hopefully being told it’s nothing or what to do about it if it’s something
