Are there any cyberpunk style games?

I’m a huge fan of cyberpunk aesthetics. Are there any games on ds lite that have that aesthetic? Ds lite also supports gba carts so are there any on gba? Something openworld/rpg ish. I tried looking up some but i couldn’t find any. Thought I should ask here.
