Older Pre reqs
I just saw a similar post to this with an RN wanting to go MD/DO but I am also concerned with the topic of older pre reqs as I have a degree from 2018.
Looking to hear to med students who have been accepted with older pre reqs. It seems as though a lot of medical schools accept over (>10 year) pre reqs, is that correct?
I am currently in an accelerated BSN program and will graduate end of 2027. I have a previous bachelors degree in biology where I earned a 4.0 GPA. I think the only pre req I haven’t completed is Organic Chemistry 2 lab as the lab wasn’t required for my degree.
I am 30 so I would be an “older” applicant. I was initially considering CRNA school but not sure I would be fulfilled in that role.
Any insight?
