Which internship should I choose?

Currently a sophomore at a target with a 3.7 GPA. I’m recruiting for consulting junior summer internships. Made it to final round at McKinsey, will apply to Bain, BCG, and Tier 2 (LEK, Kearney, Strategy&, Roland Berger, etc) in the summer. My bottleneck is getting the interview. Which internship should I take this summer to maximize those chances?

AI Professional Services at mid-sized software consulting firm

For context I have already done internships in data science and strategy consulting.

I am leaning towards the F500 because of brand name and prestige but also think that having AI on my resume could be a boost. Please help me out!!
