Nolan’s crazy Odyssey casting is NOT because of Oscar requirements.

I see some people going “oh Nolan has to do this type of casting to qualify for Oscars”.

Oppenheimer had the same requirements and won all the Oscars despite a pretty much all white cast.

No, Nolan casted it this way because this is what he wants.
