I Don’t know if I should play UY boa or not😭

I’ve been wanting to play UY boa since release but because the the horrible price at the start of op 14 I wasn’t able to play her anyway

But now the prices has dropped significantly ( for me )I’m so very tempted to get her, but after the quazar ban she not really that playable in the meta so I don’t know if I should still get her, will she get better?? I’ve been playing some PY robin in the meantime so u have a lot of the yellow cards in only missing a few

I want some advise please 🙏🙏
