Am I crazy or do games get more difficult throughout the day?

Earlier today I was M2 getting like M2-GM3 lobbies and winning with decent stats, but then I deranked to M3 and now I just can't win a single game I even had a diamond lobby and still lost and just now had a M3-M3 lobby and the DPS didn't fucking MISS like soldier is 30-3 beaming people down they had an Ashe just one tapping people like as soon as my hitbox shows they just snap to me it's insane. And I'm just sitting here thinking like how was I getting better matches in GM lobbies? like do games get more difficult throughout the day? I don't understand.
