Do HS Grades Affect TAP/TAG to UC?

I got into Berkeley as a freshman but my senior year grades are really bad (3 Cs, 1 D, 2 As).

If I end up getting rescinded my goal is to move to Cali and enroll in a CCC where I can later transfer to a UC.

Will my senior year grades have an impact on my eligibility/chances of transferring to Berkeley, or another UC?
