Ed not seeing materials

So ed is not seeing Alot of my materials. In thomas bank or my inventory. Specifically moon and dragon. Ive closed the game and reloaded my save. I've reloaded the area. Put materials straight in my inventory doesn't help either. I can't upgrade after farming and it's driving me insane lol
