Neck, Arm, and Shoulder/Trap Pain

I was wondering if anyone has the same issue of neck, arm, and shoulder/trap pain. For some context, I am 5' 5" with a shorter torso. I think the arm rests are too high but I have them down to the lowest setting possible.

This is my first ergonomic chair and I got it last September. I really want to like the chair but it seems to be getting worse. Does anyone have a similar problem or recommendations on how to fix them?
