Memorial Day Camping

I know this is a long shot for memorial weekend camping but thought I'd try. I am trying to find a spot that is secluded to park my truck and put up my truck tent. I have a dog that isn't too fond of other dogs, so that's why I'm asking for the secluded part. My girl really wants to go camping that weekend and get away! Any advice appreciated!
