Did Mara's value fall within the Bulls now that Noa allegedly had a significant growth spurt?

I saw multiple mock drafts here, on Ringer and other articles that said that Mara would be a likely candidate for the bulls, who have struggled with short centers. However now that it's alleged that Noa has become a potential approximate 7 foot tall player, would that mean that Bulls would focus more on offense?

Bulls with their second first-round pick would potentially be able to get Cameron Carr, Karim Lopez, Morez Johnson, Koa Peat, Allen Graves, etc.

I say this as a Raptors fan, hoping for Mara to drop down to us as our team has been struggling with a lack of center depth as well.
