ACC Graduation Early Termination Question

Hello. I just wanted to make sure I got the facts right.

So, from my understanding:

1. I pay the early termination fee of $250 since I have a graduation exception.

2. I still have to pay my monthly payment according to my lease term, but will be paid back to me through a mailed check?
