Sudden swelling and bump 2 yrs after frontoplasty

Hello,

I just want to ask for advice ..

I had frontoplasty 2 yrs ago,.type 3. I had a sudden swelling on one side, where the sinus plate is probably attached with a titanium plate / screw.. it was painful ok touch and is now a hard bump.

obviously I went to my local doctor and have a CT scan appointment as soon as possible.

Since nothing caused it directly as far as I know, I am extremely concerned and I wanted to ask if someone knows would are possibly factors causing this?

Could the titanium screw be suddenly loose and dislocated? Can tissue on top be internally damaged and causing a new edema?

I am just lost and trying to understand what to do basically..

I am not ready for suddenly having a frontoplasty revision tbh... And I have zero idea if this could send me to emergency
