Vagina air bubbles driving me literally insane.

Hi, 35F here, a few days done with a ureaplasma doxy treatment. My ureaplasma was pretty mild but still symptomatic, hence the treatment (husband too). But I cannot make sense of the damn bubbles. I don’t even know that that is a symptom of ureaplasma infections. But, it’s like a lingering bubble that needs to roll out a few times a day. I have no other co-infections either. This only started happening with my ureaplasma and also some rectal pressure randomly too. Is this my anxious brain tricking me? Anyone have these symptoms?
