LN Artists?

Hi!
I'm writing a Light Novel and am looking to partner with an artist to draw panels for important scenes within the story!
The basic premise is the classic Rom-Com best friend. The perceptive, socially aware one who helps the clueless MC get the girl. We start with the aftermath of the "MC"s confession, and navigate our real MC's life through witty dialogue, emotional depth, and character building. How does he handle not being involved in someone elses love life? What does he do when it's now his story he has to focus on?
It's a slice of life romance comedy with heartfelt moments, and I'm super happy with the first couple of chapters so far.

I'm not sure how payment would work, but I want someone who is genuinely passionate about the work that we'd be producing, both in story (my end) and the art (your end).
