Help me decide - too many fun choices

Pen shot, heartseeker and rapid fire all look super strong and fun to play. I have a late game barrage rogue and am looking to try another build. What would you recommend? I’m leaning pen shot or rapid fire for the boss damage potential but heartseeker looks super simple to play for a chill, brain off experience. That said, I got a lucky starless drop with +3 to core skills so am leaning either pen or rapid fire. Thoughts or advice?
