Purdue student is a child s*x offender and still accepted his transfer- public shame him

Hey guys, this has been on my mind for awhile. I am a TA for a class that Gior**gio Raa*d(sorry couldn’t post name cuz of doxxing rules) is taking. He is a freshman or sophomore and transferred from University of Illinois after he got kicked out for being tried and guilty for sending sexual pictures and planning to meet up with 12-13 year old girls. Many other TAs that I work with know of his background and it has been passed through social circles. Purdue still accepted his transfer and he is planning to pursue medical school. I think he needs to be publicly shamed and should not be a student here at Purdue. Here are the links explaining his cases, he did not get out on the sex offender list which is very concerning!
