Avalon Midtown West?

I'm considering leasing here and I'd love to hear from people who lived here. I've seen some reviews online about bad management and staff, radiation from some smart meters, as well as bad insulation. Are any of these true?

Are there other good or bad things I should be aware of?

I know this is a somewhat unpopular opinion, but I like the location and I am happy to live around here.
