Fresh start or Continue character

I am wrapping up Olympus and getting ready to start Styx (both Open World). I am torn about whether to bring in my Lvl 60 Prospector from Olympus or bring in a fresh Lvl 0 Prospector and grind from the start.

Anyone have thoughts one way or the other?

Have you done it one way and wish you had done it opposite?

Is it prohibitively difficult to bring in a Lvl 0 character?

Just looking for some perspective before I get 10 hours in and wish I had done the opposite
