Undressed physicals, did you guys have them, now or ever?

Do you guys’ IRL doctors have you get undressed for physicals?
Do you enjoy it/does it feed your cmnm dynamic/exhibitionist tendencies, or is it what brought it to your attention?
Do you guys get hard even if you don’t find your doc attractive?
My doctors didn’t have me undressed until college other than the quick cough test. But lots of my friends did in high school when we were 18 getting our pre college exams, they’d been getting them for years at their docs apparently. It was fun imagining them undressed and a few admitted they were hard during them. Just wanted to hear you guys’ thoughts on if it helped shape your fetish/ bi/gay leanings or implications. Certainly did mine 😈😂
