Ahoy Toronto!

We just wanted to pop in and introduce ourselves. This is a self-plug.
We recently filled fridges, and that post received some great feedback.

We have been working on something we are really excited about. The short version is that we are building a community where chefs and restaurants come together to tackle the hunger crisis in our city. Not someday, not in theory, right now.

Our whole thing is about food integrity and dignity for everyone. We believe the people who are most passionate about food, the chefs, the restaurateurs, the people in kitchens every single day, should be part of the solution. So we are creating a transparent, competitive space where culinary professionals can actually make a measurable impact on food insecurity.

We know Toronto's food scene is one of the best in the world. We also know that food bank visits in this city have been skyrocketing year after year. Those two things should not exist side by side without someone trying to connect them. That is Chef Bank. That is what we are trying to do.

We are launching very soon, and we would love for you to be part of. If you are a chef, a restaurateur, a foodie, or just someone who thinks nobody in this city should go hungry.
Would love to hear your thoughts, questions, or anything.
