Strikes and LMS

I received my first strike on Ringle for missing a class. I have always been on time and have a very good avg rating. However, ever since receiving it two days ago I haven’t gotten any Last minute Bookings. Actually I haven’t gotten any bookings from new students. This is quite frustrating as I tend to always average at least 20 hours a week. Is this because of the strike? And will everything go back to normal after 2 weeks?
