Verse of The Day 15

“Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”

‭‭Acts‬ ‭2‬:‭38‬

Sin cannot be in the presence of God, so to be saved we need to repent for our sins! God is far too great to be anywhere near sin! While baptism is not mandatory it’s still an amazing thing! Baptism is a public symbol of your faith in the Lord, Jesus Christ! If you have the ability to get baptized after you are saved you should definitely do it!
