Card combo question ?

Im new to Amex as of this year and recently got the blue cash everyday card, however some life things have changed and a vacation might be in my near future. I’ve noticed I’ve been going out a lot more to restaurants and venturing out a bit more I make roughly around 3~4k after taxes and I try to save anywhere between 1000-1250$ straight into my savings but it’s in the slow season now. I was thinking about getting the Amex green card and keeping the blue cash to maximize my purchases. Any thoughts
