Decent therapists in town?

I’ve never been to therapy before and I just got health insurance so I’m looking for one. I’m not religious, so I’m a little wary of blindly booking an appointment after my last doctor who literally grabbed my hands and prayed over me for my acid reflux to cease. Obviously I’m not saying I need a non-religious therapist - I don’t give a shit, I just want secular therapy in a nice environment. Thank you for any recommendations!
