What are some good jobs I can do/try to get out of retail
Ive been at this retail job for about 5 years now? It was my first real serious job I had in my late teens. But now its just going to shit. My coworker put her two weeks in and management didn’t hire anybody to replace her. Its worse for me and my other coworkers because now we will have to have our schedules changed around and working alone for our entire shifts. Doesn’t help my manager is unreliable constantly using excuses to leave early or take long lunches. My other coworker will be on maternity leave soon leaving me extra alone potentially. Im kind of just sick and tired of it? I just want a job that doesnt feel like someone is kicking me in the nuts everyday. Is there any other jobs/types of workplaces that aren’t the hardest/nice to work for? I do graduate college in the fall but I don’t think I can take another holiday season. Plus id be there extra during the hiring/two weeks process. Im not picky with work, as long as I don’t have to work outdoors im good. Im good with staying on task, im good with organization and such. What can I do?
