Icloud after BobikA5

So I managed to fix my IPad 4 with BobikA5, but how do I use iCloud now? Cause the tool said it fixes iCloud with IPadOS10 (mine is on 10.3.3) but I still can't get into my iCloud account, AppStore works but no iCloud things. Has anyone got any idea? I always get the message verification failed. Sorry If this is maybe a noob question, i am just pretty new to all of this.
