Blood Hunt levels 96 to 100 locked

Hello guys,

Levels 96 to 100 cannot be unlocked in any way. I have already completed level 95 several times with two different characters, but the following levels, as I said, always remain locked. In theory, finishing 95 should unlock 100. I also tried replaying 91 to continue in sequence with 96, but nothing... Did I miss something?

Any help appreciated. Ty
