Guy managing a boarding house

I remember this being about a guy that takes over a boarding house or inn. There are a bunch of women staying there and there are these vents that make the women get incredibly horny, but they don't really know about it just the main landlady knows. It has multiple chapters typically focused on a different girl. Thanks
