Portal saying I have no application?

I finished my interview and submitted all my documents about two weeks ago. When I checked the portal a few days ago, it said some documents still had to be reviewed. When I just checked now, it’s acting as if I had no prior application and is telling me to start one. I received no news, so is this a glitch?
