Does pretty privilege exist?

I have a friend 20f and she's genuinely the most beautiful person I've met but she has never been asked out before. In fact I've gotten more guys to approach me than her which is crazy to me. On top of that, she only goes on dates 2 times before but the guys were assholes and keep insisting she pay for the meal, she's only dated this one guy that i keep telling her to dump because we found out he was cheating on her with another girl over discord while having a subscription to some of model. I feel like someone of her looks should be at least getting more chances and privileges? Is it not common? She's a very nice girl, just really shy and insecure since she have acne scars but I don't even think it affect her looks that much. I tell her all the time how pretty she is but she never believe me once. She's my best friend and I've known her since middle school and it seems like everyday she loses her confidence more and more and i don't know how to get her to put herself out there because she believes this dude that cheating on her is worth her time.
