Am I eligible for uwc

I am a 16 year old girl living in Kuwait for the past 3 years, but I am a Pakistani. I recently completed my IGCSE cie. I have no clue whether I should apply. I am so eager to learn and to achieve things on my own, yet I am in doubt. will Pakistani UWC accept me because I am a Kuwaiti resident but have Pakistani nationality. I am fluent in Urdu, English and Turkish and I am deeply connected to my country. I am a daughter of a single mother and have siblings so I would also need financial aid. If anyone of you know anything about this topic or have been in this situation ,please guide me.
