Can i delay my dosage?

So im in different city right now and I am nowhere near my home to take my dose of reta, been on it for 4 weeks taking 1ml usually pinning it on monday.

Couldnt pinned it on this monday and will be at home next week monday so im delaying my dose for week. Is this a problem?
