Difference 3MPO > 6MPO?

I posted a few weeks ago around 9WPO. I’m now 3MPO and feel like you cannot tell any difference in my clothes. All of my bras still fit. One of my breasts was much larger than the other so most of the volume was taken from that one, while barely any from the other. I actually feel like my right breast is bigger than it was before surgery. I’m panicking that I was too conservative and that I’ll need a revision. How much of a difference did you see after 3 months?
