So I've had my Ode 2 for about 5 months and I understand it's a good idea to clean it from time to time. What I found online with pics looked like a different machine (maybe ode 1?) but I did my best. We are not talking full disassembly, just a basic brush around with the main plate off. And the rotational burr and auger. Anyways I don't know what I did but when I reassembled it the beans didn't grind and it was scary noisy. One thing I've since figured out I did wrong was I didn't move the grind dial all the way to the right. It is now but I feel I'm in deeper now.

https://youtu.be/5VmzxMglybo?si=TNPFwXjwubE\_6IwO I watched this video. I didn't disassemble all the way but I was trying to use this, from around 8:20 to reassemble. This is the calibrate the new burrs section. I know my burs are not new but I assume it needs calibration given how bad it sounds. He says (9:30) to turn the dial counter clockwise... I cannot. I was able to turn it a bit but the noise was bad from the start. Now I can't turn it left or right and I'm getting the SOS signal before I even try. What do I do? I can't believe this is happening to me.

Ode 2 grinder. Did I break this while cleaning? Help please.
