Clinical volunteer ideas?

Hey guys I posted something similar earlier but here is a more direct question. I’m under 18 and I have a PCT certification. But I cannot work because of visa and stuff so I have to volunteer. I tried looking for clinical volunteer opportunities in hospitals but most only have jobs or don’t take people under 18 for clinical. Where else could I look? Do you thing senior homes or other places might have what I am looking for? Any ideas on what I should do?
