Automotive body Fender custom paint design (first time)

I am not tring to fix anything or nothing like that i just want to see of you guys can see where i got it wrong How would I go about to making my "kampol" (3 circles with 2 bars) looking blue. Hello today I had a problem I was making a custom design on my fender when I had a problem my circles and my 2 bars were not going to come out blue (base coat) after I had masked it and prepped it to apply a coat of grey (water boarn paint) on it ... I wanted my checker board and my "kampol" to come out blue and Grey... well they are going to come out blue and Grey but I wanted the inside of the circles and the 2 bars to be blue. What did I do wrong? I think the checkers played tricks on my head lol
