Leo has disappeared from my game?

Hi! I currently have the “have more kids and adopt Leo” mod downloaded. I unlocked ginger island and got his first cut scene but the next two times I went he wasn’t there. (I have been off the game and reloaded it and he hasn’t appeared). He isn’t showing up on the map (I have NPC map locations) and when I search “Leo” using the look up anything mod nothing is even coming up for his name, it’s like he’s just completely been removed from my game. Has anyone else had this issue?
