Need OBD2 Scanner for EPB error on 2019 Rav4

Messed up my brakes on my 2019 Rav4 and over extended the piston on the caliper. Got a new caliper installed and car is driving fine. Need to clear the "Electronic parking brake malfunction" code. Thinking I need a Bluetooth OBD2 scanner and an app to clear the codes. What's the cheaperish recommendation? Don't want to spend money at the dealer I could get a new tool for and learn along the way. Which app can do this for me? TIA
