Is a no commission marketplace possible??

I’m really fed up paying 13.25%.

I’ve been thinking about building a subscription based model.

Kind of like buying a table at a card show as a vendor. Pay for the table, not commission on every sale.

You would pay for a set number of active listing slots, then not get charged for what you sell in the slots.

Tell me why this wouldn’t work, and what you would do to make it better.
