PW1000G thoughts

I'm curious what your thoughts on Pratt's new geared turbofan are. I've been out of the line maintenance loop for a while now, working in an Ops Center at Boeing. I recently took a trip with the family and heard the whale sounds on a Delta A321neo, which piqued my interest and I learned the geared fans are out. I was completely unaware, and still patiently waiting for this new tech on one of our planes.

Are they getting the efficiency they wanted from them?

Are they a pain to work on?

Do they have many issues?
