Grad Student Roommate Search

Hi all! I am moving out of my apartment soon because I need more space for my puppy. I currently live in a 3b/2.5bath townhouse and pay $900/month. I will need a new person to take over my lease and move in with my current roommate. Shes a mechanical eng PhD and is super sweet.
