order from astrovials could not be delivered but i got zero clue as to why please help

it says i should check my mailbox but it's empty. so is my email and phone. i was home entire day and noone rang as well. i tripple checked all details and they are all correct. any ideas what to do? i sent an email to astrovials and the only form of support on tracking site is their shitty french ai chatbot which i tried and it just doesn't work.
