2003 Tacoma head gasket issue?

I have a 2003 Tacoma with a 2.7 engine
With 220k miles. The car runs fine. No dents everything is good.
However this car started to misfire.
I would like to keep a truck for anything necessary regarding a truck.
I replaced fuel injectors and spark plugs
Ignition coils and fuel pump to see if that’s why the misfires were happening
Haven’t ran a compression test in a while since after replacing spark plugs it was fine.

I guess I plan on buy a more decent newer car to commute to work. But I am confused on keeping the truck or reselling it as is.
